When the cutting tools are grinding, the smoothness of the cutting tools should be high, so as to avoid the sticking phenomenon during the processing, thereby reducing the resistance of stainless steel chip discharge and making the processing smoother.
The parameter setting of the CNC lathe must be combined with the required by the tool, otherwise the tool life will be short or the processing efficiency will be low, and the parameters of different CNC lathes corresponding to the same tool will be inconsistent.
The heat generated by the CNC lathe stainless steel machining is very large, and the impact on the life of the tool is also very large. Therefore, it is very important to choose the right coolant, which must have a good cooling effect and a good lubrication effect.
The processing technology is also a problem to be considered in the CNC lathe processing of stainless steel. The cutting amount should not be too large. When the surface requirements are high, the feed must be small to ensure the surface finish of the product and meet the surface requirements of the parts.
